Delivery Policy
Effective date: July 15, 2026
GeniusOrder Media LLC provides digital marketing, branding, creative, and development services. Nothing is physically shipped; all deliverables are digital and delivered electronically.
1. Scope of delivery
This Delivery Policy explains how GeniusOrder Media LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), an Arizona limited liability company, delivers digital services and files to clients under a signed Statement of Work ("SOW") or written engagement.
2. Delivery method
- All deliverables are delivered digitally via email, shared cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, Notion, Figma, or a comparable platform), Git repository, or the platform on which the work is deployed (e.g., a live website, ad account, CMS).
- We do not ship physical goods. No shipping fees, customs, or duties apply.
3. Timelines and milestones
- Estimated timelines are stated in each SOW. Typical ranges: brand identity 3–6 weeks; website builds 4–10 weeks; advertising launches 1–3 weeks after asset approval; ongoing retainers per the agreed cadence.
- Timelines start once we receive the signed SOW, deposit (where applicable), and all required inputs (brand assets, ad-account access, copy, product data, etc.).
- Delivery is milestone-based. Each milestone is delivered for review, and the next milestone begins after your written approval or agreed feedback cycle.
4. File formats
- Design — editable source files (Figma, Adobe) plus exported PNG, JPG, PDF, and SVG as appropriate.
- Brand identity — logo packages in AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, and PDF; brand guidelines as PDF.
- Web development — source code delivered via Git; live deployment on the agreed hosting platform.
- Advertising and content — final assets in the platform-native formats (MP4, MOV, PNG, JPG) plus master files.
5. Client responsibilities
Timely delivery depends on your timely responses, approvals, and access. Delays in providing feedback, materials, or platform access will proportionally extend delivery timelines.
6. Acceptance
A deliverable is considered accepted when you provide written approval or when seven (7) calendar days have passed after delivery without written objection or requested revisions.
7. Failed or missing delivery
If you did not receive a scheduled deliverable, email help@geniusordermedia.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will resend or restore access at no additional cost.
8. Ownership and license
Ownership of delivered work transfers to you upon full payment, as detailed in your SOW. Until then, delivered files remain licensed to you for review only.
